In this role you will drive regional paid media performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support THG Beauty’s online growth. You’ll implement data-driven optimisations, assist the global paid media strategy, and deliver regular performance insights and forecasts. The role focuses on structured campaigns, testing, and ROI delivery to hit revenue targets. You’ll work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values initiative and measurable impact. Responsibilities
Use data-driven insights to iteratively improve results across time frames
Support and align with the global paid media strategy and best practices
Manage campaign structure, keyword research and bidding, ad copy testing, and landing page testing
Optimize campaigns to meet revenue and ROI targets
Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Affiliates, UX, and CRO teams
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with context and forecasts
Monitor daily spend to ensure optimal performance
Conduct competitor research and provide strategic paid media opportunities
Report outcomes to trading, buying, and management teams
Key requirements
