Responsibilities
Lead strategic enterprise engagements ensuring delivery excellence and long-term client success
Manage escalations and mitigate risk with cross-functional coordination
Develop scalable frameworks for capability building and knowledge sharing
Represent client needs in product feedback loops to influence roadmap
Lead cross-functional strategic delivery initiatives to boost efficiency and innovation
Contribute to pre-sales by shaping scope and aligning deliverables with client expectations
Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Governance for cohesive execution across accounts
Key requirements
7+ years in enterprise consulting, software implementation, or strategic client delivery roles
5+ years CRM experience in DealCloud or financial services/private equity/ investment banking CRM
Proven track record leading large-scale engagements with executive stakeholders
Strong escalation management and ability to navigate ambiguity
Experience mentoring and coaching within a consulting environment
Ability to influence product strategy through structured client feedback
Excellent collaboration, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
