Responsibilities
Lead requirements discovery from stakeholders to user stories for new features
Leverage AI tools and prompts to increase team efficiency
Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Engineering, and stakeholders to translate processes into requirements
Identify processes suitable for automation or AI-enabled handling
Mentor and develop other BAs in AI tools and methods
Apply systems thinking and root-cause analysis to diagnose problems
Support testing with QA/UAT teams and utilize AI to accelerate testing
Manage team performance, growth, recruitment, and succession planning
Key requirements
Clear understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Ability to translate business needs into requirements and communicate complex concepts plainly
Hands-on experience building and using AI tools and automations to speed up analysis
Ability to work with architects, developers, and testers to shape feasible requirements
Strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of analysis frameworks and documenting large domains, rules, and user journeys
Attention to detail and a process/analytic mindset
Process management knowledge with emphasis on output clarity
Experience with AI-related work in banking products/technology (preferred)
