Overview

As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead strategic, end-to-end recruitment across our global business to attract and retain top talent. You’ll partner with leaders to shape workforce plans, build diverse pipelines, and drive exceptional hiring outcomes. You will combine market insight with innovative sourcing and employer branding to support growth and transformation. This role offers impact across regions, with a focus on scale and long-term workforce capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to onboarding
• Partner with leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned to business goals
• Provide talent market intelligence and hiring recommendations to inform decisions
• Build diverse, high-quality pipelines for current and future needs
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and talent communities
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and feedback
• Act as an ambassador for employer brand and support recruitment marketing initiatives
• Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and improvements
• Maintain recruitment reporting and talent insights for business leaders
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems and technology
• Leverage AI and emerging recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes

Key requirements

• End-to-end talent acquisition experience
• Proven success delivering recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and offer management skills
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter (Greenhouse preferred)
