Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog aligned to customer needs and business goals
Identify opportunities with customers and stakeholders and validate solutions
Translate goals into user stories and acceptance criteria
Prioritise work by customer value, impact, risk and delivery considerations
Collaborate across product, design, engineering and architecture throughout the lifecycle
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and product reviews to maintain value delivery
Provide guidance to the delivery team during development
Review completed work for alignment with requirements and quality
Use feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning and long-term development initiatives
Key requirements
Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or similar
Strong backlog management and ability to translate requirements into user stories
Proven Agile delivery experience
Customer-centred product development and user-focused design
Ability to balance competing priorities and make trade-offs
Effective collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders and third-party suppliers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management
