Publishing Account Executive

Overview

In this role you will manage daily publishing campaign planning and buying across print and digital for a luxury client portfolio. You will support Publishing Account Managers/Directors and help ensure accurate delivery and performance across channels. You’ll build relationships with luxury media partners and develop cross‑platform opportunities. This is a collaborative, fast‑paced role within the Havas network, offering exposure to market-leading luxury publishing and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own daily campaign planning and buying, including schedule creation, booking, tracking and post‑campaign reporting
• Monitor campaign performance and share results with the Account Manager/Director or clients
• Escalate delivery issues promptly to leadership
• Develop understanding of the Luxury Publishing marketplace across digital to identify cross‑platform opportunities
• Build professional relationships with key media partners in the Luxury space and assess new players
• Collaborate with planning teams to deliver best-in-class client service
• Support Publishing team during peak periods to ensure timely task completion
• Maintain regular engagement with media partners to drive incremental revenue for Forward Media
• Coordinate with Investment & Activation teams to meet client delivery requirements
• Contribute to a culture of passion, pride, and investment excellence
• Operate as one team to deliver market-leading output
• Maintain professional conduct and respect within the team

Key requirements

• Demonstrable passion for the Luxury advertising market across Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle sectors
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Adept at problem solving
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and manage own to‑do list
• Attention to detail
• Highly numerate
• Excellent written and spoken English
