Senior W&I Claims Advocate

Overview

In this role you will lead the management, strategy and processes for the agreement, collection and settlement of a Financial Lines W&I claims portfolio. You will work closely with networks, clients, underwriters and experts to coordinate discussions and drive settlements. A strong data-driven approach will be used to identify trends and inform decisions. The role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to influence claims outcomes within a specialized market segment. You will be instrumental in delivering clear communication and effective claim resolutions.

Responsibilities

• First notification of loss for W&I claims
• Negotiate and liaise with markets, clients, placement teams, specialists, networks and loss adjusters or lawyers
• Analyze claims history and identify trends across portfolios
• Negotiate payments and settlements with clients and underwriters
• Coordinate meetings and discussions to ensure clear communication among client, underwriters and representatives

Key requirements

• Knowledge of Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) claims
• Ability to coordinate with networks, clients, underwriters and experts
• Understanding of ECF is advantageous
