In this role you join a respected South West law firm’s Dispute Resolution team in Exeter to handle a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters. You will support partners and senior lawyers, manage a varied caseload, and develop your own niche within disputes for businesses, charities, institutions, and high‑net‑worth individuals. Responsibilities
Assist partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload
Handle/dispute matters including disputed wills and trusts and commercial litigation
Manage day-to-day file conduct and develop own caseload
Collaborate with team, participate in training and wider firm activities
Develop a specialism and build a recognised profile in litigation
Key requirements
Solictor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0-5 years PQE
Practical and proactive approach to resolving disputes
Strong communication and collaborative mindset
Commitment to excellent client care
Willingness to develop skills and pursue a long-term litigation career
