Practice Manager

Overview

As Practice Manager at our Antrim Road practice in Belfast, you will lead the day-to-day operations to support exceptional patient care and financial performance. Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance by meeting financial targets and upholding high patient care standards
• Lead a team of practice support staff (dental nurses, receptionists) and manage relationships with self-employed clinicians
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Interpret financial data including profit and loss to inform commercial decisions and budgeting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and patient experience
• Support change initiatives and coach team members to develop skills and capabilities

Key requirements

• Management experience including people management and P&L experience
• Clinical experience is desirable
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and improve profit margins
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities
• Business acumen and data-driven decision making
