Responsibilities
Lead design for the most complex and strategic initiatives, influencing overall vision and craft
Establish design patterns and standards adopted across the organization and guide design system evolution
Drive fintech UX innovation across products and collaborate with senior product leadership
Partner with leadership on roadmap planning and contribute to architectural decisions
Act as a UX subject matter expert and mentor for designers
Collaborate with engineering, research, and customer success to align feasibility, insights, and feedback
Present design vision to executives and work cross-functionally with senior leadership
Contribute to hiring decisions for senior design roles
Key requirements
8+ years of design experience in enterprise software
Proven track record leading multi-team design initiatives
Strong systems thinking and pattern recognition
Ability to balance strategy with execution
Experience translating complex financial concepts into actionable interfaces
Experience leveraging AI tools for creative solutions
Experience mentoring senior designers and design leaders
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
