Senior IT Manager

Overview

In this role you lead information systems efforts to support Hyve’s business processes and platforms, ensuring reliable IT service delivery and data protection. You will align enterprise systems with infrastructure standards and coordinate cross-functional IT delivery. You’ll oversee system analysis, deployment, and security to enable scalable technology performance. This position offers the chance to shape internal technology capabilities in a fast-moving manufacturing partner environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for information technology and systems functions
• Analyze, select, and modify enterprise systems; install network hardware/software and manage databases
• Protect company data, tools, and information systems
• Ensure infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and platform compatibility
• Coordinate delivery of IT services to user groups and maintain uninterrupted service
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to run the function efficiently
