In this role you will work closely with a partner in a Legal 500-ranked Liverpool disputes team, receiving structured, one-to-one training from the outset. You will gain exposure to a broad disputes caseload across commercial, negligence, insolvency, and civil matters, with increasing ownership as you progress. Responsibilities
Work directly with a partner and senior team members on a varied disputes caseload
Develop from structured, one-to-one training to gradually own matters
Gain experience across commercial litigation, professional negligence, insolvency, and civil disputes
Support teammates and contribute to the team’s growth and mentoring culture
Progress to taking ownership of matters and assisting junior colleagues as you advance
Key requirements
Qualified Solicitor
Background or strong interest in litigation
Eager to learn and be developed within an experienced team
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
Commercially minded with enthusiasm for dispute resolution
