Responsibilities
Execute risk assessments of customs trade compliance programs to ensure policy adherence
Collaborate with in-region Business Divisions, Compliance, and Legal teams to support global trade management
Develop, implement, and maintain customs trade compliance policies and procedures
Provide training on government laws, rules and regulations related to products and services
Monitor, manage, and mitigate risks through stakeholder engagement and support compliance strategy implementation
Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations across the organization
Key requirements
International Trade knowledge across markets, regulations, and operations
Expert-level UK customs legislation knowledge and ability to influence stakeholders
Relationship management skills to work with diverse stakeholders
Analytical thinking to identify root causes and craft solutions
Problem solving abilities to address organizational, operational, or process issues
Effective communications to collaborate across functions and with external parties
