Responsibilities
Translate strategic priorities into clear objectives, outcomes and executable initiatives
Lead strategic projects from initiation to closure with planning and governance
Manage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams
Coordinate stakeholders across FTIS and Franklin Templeton with clear ownership and follow-through
Structure complex problems, map current and future-state processes and propose practical recommendations
Utilize business analysis techniques to define requirements and identify efficiency opportunities
Apply automation, data analytics and AI to support delivery and improve ways of working
Key requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification (ideally in business, finance, technology, data analytics or related field)
Strong understanding of investment management and interaction between investment teams, technology and operations
Experience managing cross-functional projects, programs or strategic initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to define requirements and recommendations
Proficiency with automation, data analytics and AI-enabled tools for solving business problems
Commercial and business acumen with ability to link delivery to business value
Desirable professional qualifications in project/program management, business analysis, data, technology or change management
