Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end logistics for end-user devices, ensuring timely configuration, delivery and onboarding support. You will collaborate with delivery teams, technical specialists, and stakeholders to align devices, services and infrastructure. You’ll own complex logistics and dependency activities, working independently within a delivery-focused team. The position is based in Farnborough with some travel and onsite days preferred, offering a chance to shape security-enabled collaboration platforms for UK Defence initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end flow of End User Devices (EUDs) to enable onboarding and operational use.
Track dependencies across onboarding and training events to ensure readiness of infrastructure, user accounts and services.
Monitor stock levels, lead times and configuration cycles to maintain device supply.
Plan and coordinate shipments, ensuring security, scheduling and delivery requirements are met.
Act as central contact to anticipate demand and align delivery with programme plans and customer needs.
Oversee SLA performance, report delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Key requirements

Strong understanding of project management, dependency management, scheduling and contingency planning.
Proven experience managing logistics in technically complex environments with dependencies.
Background in IT services delivery, integrating devices with infrastructure and platforms.
Ability to analyse and manage complex data sets for forecasting and reporting.
Experience with SLAs and performance indicators.
Security Cleared to at least SC level.
