Documentation Control Coordinator

Overview

In this role you will manage and control customer design data and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper loading across systems. You will analyze customer documentation, track data distribution, and lead BOM loading, formatting, and verification while coordinating with other functions. You’ll support change notices, rectify discrepancies, and resolve non-technical conflicts with a detail-oriented, collaborative approach. This position plays a key part in delivering reliable design data to enable customer success and product delivery at Plexus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate customer documentation
• Log and track distribution of customer data
• Lead loading, formatting, verification, and distribution of Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Support internal engineering change notices
• Ensure completeness of customer documentation
• Support component and process problem notification processes
• Lead resolution of discrepancies between customer and internal documentation
• Lead conflict identification and resolution of non-technical issues
• Demonstrate attention to detail and own responsibilities within the role

Key requirements

• Detail-oriented with excellent attention to data entry
• 1+ years of related experience (preferred)
