Overview

In this role, you will support Blackstone Real Estate’s European funds by creating and maintaining marketing materials and investor communications. You will collaborate with global teams to drive fundraising, due diligence responses, and new product launches. The position offers exposure to acquisitions, asset management, and finance, across US, Europe and Asia. You will develop product knowledge and contribute to strategic projects in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This is a chance to shape investor narratives for leading real estate funds and accelerate fundraising momentum.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain marketing materials and investor communications for European real estate funds
Produce investor reporting, webinars, video content, and memoranda
Respond to investor queries and complete due diligence questionnaires
Support new product launches and fundraising initiatives, including co-investments and private placement materials
Assist fundraising team and senior leadership with talking points and strategic projects
Develop deep product knowledge of Blackstone Real Estate’s European funds
Collaborate across acquisitions, asset management, legal/compliance, and finance teams
Foster a positive team culture and contribute to cross-functional projects

Key requirements

Experience in investment banking, investor relations, real estate investing, or alternative asset management
Self-starter with strong motivation and demonstrated excellence
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Ability to produce creative, detailed materials for investors
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Strong writing ability and excellent attention to detail
Superior communication, leadership and project management skills
Energetic, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Integrity, curiosity, and a proactive learning mindset
