In this role you guide a growing Corporate Tax practice, owning senior client relationships and shaping advisory strategies. You join an established tax team servicing larger privately owned and internationally connected clients, handling complex compliance, international tax matters, governance, and restructurings. You’ll influence the direction of the practice, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development. Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Lead and shape the development of the Corporate Tax practice
• Oversee governance, compliance, and tax accounting activities
• Manage international tax matters and cross-border issues
• Lead restructuring projects and other advisory initiatives
• Support and develop junior team members
• Contribute to business development and market presence
• Enhance the team’s visibility and influence within the market

Key requirements

• Experience at Director level in corporate tax or equivalent
• Broad expertise across corporate tax compliance, advisory, and governance
• Strong international tax experience
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
