EUI Asset Servicing Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support the Asset Servicing Operations by ensuring events are correctly loaded in CREST and processed end-to-end. You will manage daily control checks, handle client inquiries, and contribute to risk and compliance tasks. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency, while developing a broad understanding of CREST functionality. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create events in CREST accurately and on time
• Open transaction management to enable CREST claims or transformations
• Perform daily control checks and routine processes
• End-to-end processing from event creation to distribution of proceeds with exposure to cash, tax and voting
• Respond to asset servicing inquiries from clients and internal teams
• Develop knowledge of CREST functionality and related applications
• Review existing controls and operating procedures
• Resolve operational issues and escalate to management when needed
• Assist with compliance and risk tasks, including risk event write-ups and action plans
• Collaborate with other teams to remove inefficiencies and propose process improvements
• Demonstrate flexibility and team collaboration, covering for others when required
• Maintain professional integrity and handle confidential information
