Responsibilities
Design and lead AI-driven digital product delivery transformation strategies for enterprise customers using Amazon Kiro and AWS Gen AI services
Develop repeatable transformation methodologies, maturity models, and assessment frameworks for scalable AI-driven SDLC transformation
Synthesize customer learnings into playbooks, best practices, and success patterns to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy
Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic consulting partners and support partner enablement programs
Monitor transformation health, address adoption barriers, and drive measurable business value through structured success planning
Develop thought leadership content, maturity models, and best practices to establish AWS intellectual leadership and influence product direction
Key requirements
7+ years in senior customer-facing roles with accountability for enterprise outcomes
10+ years leading complex, large-scale software development transformation or modernization programs
Proven track record in developing and scaling customer success programs or transformation methodologies
Deep expertise in enterprise SDLC transformation and engineering practices modernization
Experience leading enterprise change management initiatives involving AI/automation adoption in software development
Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders on engineering strategy
