• Manage a diverse residential property caseload (sales and purchases, remortgages, new build, right to buy, lease extensions)
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of both simple and complex property transactions
• Maintain excellent client-facing service and communication
• Support self and team management
• Participate in business development to grow the practice
