Responsibilities

• Advise on leveraged and acquisition financing structures
• Handle syndicated lending and refinancings
• Advise both sponsors and lenders on financing arrangements
• Support complex recapitalisations and related transactions
• Operate within a prestigious City law firm’s banking & finance practice

• 4–5 PQE
