Motorsport Business Development Placement

Overview

In this 12-month Bosch Motorsport internship, you will support business development, events, and technical requests to grow the Motorsport dealership network and explore defence, marine, and off-road markets. You will work with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate technical information for customers and help plan customer visits and trade shows. You’ll gain hands-on experience in commercial, technical, and administrative tasks within a global engineering-focused environment. This BUILD Programme role offers exposure to leadership development and practical industry insight while contributing to strategic opportunities in motorsport technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities with existing and prospective customers, monitor regulations and competitor activity, and support business cases for new technologies and top-level motorsport projects.
• Support growth of Bosch Motorsport dealership network through marketing, communications, and partner identification.
• Coordinate and support planning for customer visits, workshops, trade shows, and industry events; optimize attendee engagement and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather information for customer inquiries and translate technical material into customer-facing presentations and documents.
• Maintain customer action trackers, support satisfaction initiatives, and assist with NDA management and forecasting activities.
• Prepare customer presentations, briefing materials, quotations, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions; ensure clear dissemination of information to stakeholders.
