Responsibilities
Monitor and drive KPIs and take action to ensure targets are met daily and weekly
Set performance targets, review progress, and implement action plans to improve performance and costs
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Spot and develop talent through coaching and guidance
Manage colleague welfare and attendance improvements
Allocate tasks and lead daily shift briefings
Key requirements
Management/Supervisory experience in a large-scale production operation, ideally in Food Manufacturing
Ability to challenge decisions and behaviours to maintain service consistency
Proven track record of people management and delivering strong results
Excellent communication skills
Assertiveness with decisive decision-making
Can-do attitude and strong work ethic
Understanding of cost models, budgetary control, and pest control management
