Finance & Business Management, Digital & Platform Services Vice President

Overview

In this role you enable senior leadership by translating strategy into measurable progress and clear messaging. You will work across functions to coordinate priorities, craft executive-ready communications, and track OKRs in support of Digital & Platform Services. You’ll operate across teams, bringing structure and follow-through to complex initiatives and helping leadership understand progress and impact. This is a collaborative, high-impact position within a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Digital & Platform Services leaders to drive top priorities
• Coordinate cross-functional planning across HR, Finance, Business Management, and Communications
• Support strategic narratives and leadership communications for major events
• Track OKRs against defined metrics and prepare leadership-ready updates
• Draft and coordinate internal announcements and communications plans
• Monitor engagement signals to inform future communications
• Conduct ad hoc data-driven analyses to support decision-making
• Create context and storytelling for accomplishments and key initiatives
• Facilitate preparation for leadership meetings and town halls

Key requirements

• Experience supporting cross-functional work with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across levels in a global environment
• Experience developing executive-ready messaging and materials for senior leadership
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced features
• Ability to understand business objectives and identify meaningful metrics
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and stakeholders, prioritizing effectively
• Curiosity about technology, data, AI, and financial services, with interest in industry trends
