Paid Search Senior Executive (B2B)

Overview

You will drive B2B paid search to acquire Wise Business customers across markets, using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and leverage AI features. Analyze performance data to identify trends and translate insights into actions that boost sign-ups. Join Wise’s autonomous, cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth of Wise Business while expanding global campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid search campaigns to acquire new Wise Business customers and drive account sign-ups
• Work across large-scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts across markets, languages, and segments
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve acquisition efficiency
• Leverage keyword, search-term and audience insights to boost high-intent business customer targeting
• Support launches and expansion into new markets, segments, and channels
• Carry out regular account maintenance, QA, and performance checks

Key requirements

• 1–2+ years of direct-response paid search experience
• Experience acquiring B2B customers or business-focused products is highly preferred
• Practical experience with Google Ads; Microsoft Ads or other platforms is beneficial
• Understanding of campaign structure, keyword management, search terms, audience targeting, ad copy and automated bidding
• Data-driven mindset to analyze performance and identify next steps
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, and core measurement principles
• Experience with spreadsheets and reporting/visualization tools
• Interest in automation, generative AI and evolving search marketing technologies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
