Responsibilities

• Participate in two 1-year rotations within the COO to develop breadth and insight
• Engage in risk and controls-focused projects and collaborations with business and operations teams

• Build a strong professional network and pursue structured development opportunities
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate concepts into action and impact

Key requirements

• Bachelor on track to graduate Summer 2027
• 2.1 or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
