Associate- Loan Asset Management Commercial Real Estate

Overview

In this role, you will support the asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, monitoring performance and covenants, and preparing analyses for clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with borrowers, lenders, and advisors to assess development lending, debt structures, and covenant requirements. Responsibilities

• Support ongoing asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans
• Monitor loan performance, financial covenants and reporting requirements
• Review and analyze borrower financial information and property-level performance
• Monitor development loans, including progress, drawdowns, and risks
• Understand and analyze debt structures, loan documentation and covenants
• Prepare financial analysis, reporting and recommendations for clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with borrowers, lenders, advisors and other transaction parties

Key requirements

• Strong Commercial Real Estate background
• Good understanding of real estate debt and loan structures
• Experience or knowledge of development lending
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Good understanding of covenant monitoring and loan performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Additional European language skills would be an advantage
