In this role you will manage a portfolio of high-value crisis management claims from inception to resolution, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. You will work within a claims team focused on Crisis Management, Political Violence, and Political Risks, collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards. You’ll mentor less experienced team members, fostering continuous learning and development. This hybrid position offers remote-friendly flexibility and a chance to impact client outcomes in a demanding London Market environment.

Key requirements

• London Market Crisis Management, Political Violence and/or Political Risk claims handling experience
• Experience from a reputable Insurer, Lloyd's Syndicate, Lloyd's Broker or Law firm
• Proven experience managing sophisticated claims in a client-facing environment
