Art Director

Overview

As a Senior Art Director at Ledger Bennett, you will lead the visual concepting and execution of B2B campaigns across multiple accounts. You’ll shape creative direction in collaboration with designers, copywriters, strategists, and client services to deliver concept-driven work that elevates brands. You’ll work within a tight, cross-functional team to ensure creative excellence, while mentoring junior team members. This role offers growth toward Creative Director and involves embracing AI tools to enhance creative output, in a global agency context.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of powerful, original concepts addressing client objectives in the B2B space
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative excellence and strategic alignment
• Maintain visual attention to detail across all outputs
• Oversee visual direction from concept to completion, upholding high creative standards
• Adopt and apply AI tools to express concepts, including AVA (Havas proprietary platform)
• Mentor and inspire junior team members to foster creativity and continuous improvement

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Art Direction role, ideally in an agency
• Portfolio of work to discuss in detail
• Experience in B2B agency is advantageous but not essential
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of mainstream visual AI tools and AVA platform
