Responsibilities

• Manage complex planning matters, both contentious and non-contentious
• Handle highways and compulsory purchase work
• Draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements
• Involvement in judicial reviews and infrastructure agreements
• Provide strategic advice on major mixed-use developments
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Key requirements

• 4+ years PQE in planning law
• Experience across planning, highways, CPO, S106, JR and infrastructure agreements
