Overview

As Customer Relations Executive, you represent the development on-site, guiding buyers from reservation to completion and handover. You will manage the marketing suite, assist walk-in visitors, and drive sales progression to ensure timely completions. You’ll coordinate communications, newsletters, and show-home delivery support, collaborating with interior teams to deliver a premium buyer experience. This role blends face-to-face customer care with precise admin and CRM activity to support sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for the development and maintain an impeccable marketing suite
• Welcome and assist walk-in visitors with knowledge of the development and local area
• Progress sales from reservation to completion, actively chasing solicitors to keep deals moving
• Prepare choices spreadsheets and manage formal buyer communications, including pre-completion and demos
• Manage CRM records to track interactions and milestones
• Distribute build updates via newsletters and personalised communications
• Organise and attend buyer events delivering a premium experience
• Support show home delivery alongside interior designers and contractors

Key requirements

• Sales experience including managing progression or background in sales progression
• Proactive, persistent approach to chasing solicitors and meeting completion timelines
• Strong administrative skills and comfort with an admin-heavy role
• Warm, engaging personality with commitment to exceptional customer service
• Excellent attention to detail with customer information, documents and selections
