Workday Support Consultant (Pay Transparency Analyzer)

Overview

In this role, you will provide post-deployment configuration, troubleshooting, and advisory support for the Pay Transparency Analyzer (PTA) customers. You’ll manage requests, meet SLAs, and help clients adopt and optimise the PTA solution. Collaboration with clients and internal teams will be essential as you contribute to knowledge sharing and ongoing PTA enhancements. The role includes UK business hours coverage with a mix of early and afternoon shifts, offering opportunities to impact customer outcomes and product evolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration, troubleshooting, and advisory support post-deployment
• Deliver services within SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prioritise and resolve incoming requests by root cause analysis
• Support recurring releases and feature adoption for customers
• Participate in workshops to gather and refine requirements
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders
• Create documentation and knowledge articles for internal and customer self-service
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development

Key requirements

• Experience configuring or supporting HRIT systems
• Strong customer focus with ability to present solutions to non-technical audiences
• Excellent Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data quality) and data analysis, manipulation, reporting, formatting
• Experience with data transformation and data loading activities (mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation)
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Clear English communication, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with service management principles (issue tracking, escalation)
