In this role you partner with EMEA Sales and Finance to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive go-to-market decisions. You will model and forecast performance, support deal decisions, and automate reporting as the business scales. You work closely with Shared Services to build robust models covering headcount, expenses, and bookings, enabling clear, decision-ready narratives for leadership. Responsibilities
Partner with EMEA Sales leadership and the Deal Desk to support deal decisions and resource allocation
Analyze pipeline, bookings, deals, and customer buying patterns to inform go-to-market strategy
Build and maintain financial models (headcount, expenses, commissions, pipeline, bookings) with the Shared Services team
Lead forecasting and performance management, including Expense-to-Bookings reporting
Drive expense management and budget control for EMEA Sales teams
Provide strategic financial support for key initiatives and projects
Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation to scale reporting and analytics
Key requirements
8+ years of FP&A or Commercial Finance experience
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
Experience building dashboards and enabling data-driven decision making
Proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite, or Callidus (or similar tools)
Ability to translate complex data into clear, forward-looking insights and management narratives
Independent, self-starting work style in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize data for executive views
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
CIMA Studier/Finalist or progressing toward CIMA qualification
