Senior Professional, Valuation Advisory

Overview

In this role you help shape healthcare asset valuations for a range of clients, supporting lenders, investors, and public sector bodies. You join the Value and Risk Advisory team in London to deliver high-quality RICS Red Book valuations across elderly care, specialist care, hospitals, and medical centres. You will work on diverse valuation bases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lending, reporting, acquisitions, and portfolio management. Responsibilities

• Healthcare Property Valuations under RICS Red Book for multiple healthcare property types
• Prepare valuations for secured lending, financial reporting, acquisitions/disposals, portfolio management, and statutory accounts
• Value healthcare properties on Market Value, Fair Value, Market Rent, and relevant healthcare operating bases
• Sector-Specific Analysis
• Financial Modelling & Reporting
• Client Relationship Management
• Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Business Development Support
