In this role you will own global revenue recognition and intercompany processes for a growing multi-entity setup. You will partner with cross‑functional teams across EMEA, NAM, and APAC to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity. The position centers on reconciling AR sub ledgers with local ledgers, and on timely intercompany charges across multiple ERP platforms. You will help scale finance operations as Ezra expands its international footprint, while keeping compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15. This is a hands-on, impactful finance role in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
Own reconciliations and data integrity between global AR subledger and local GLs across multiple entities
Investigate and resolve variances in revenue and deferred revenue across AR SL and GLs
Manage revenue recognition accuracy across several ERP platforms
Map and reflect revenue amortization schedules across country-specific ERPs
Collaborate with local finance teams across EMEA, NAM, and APAC to streamline processes
Oversee quarterly intercompany reconciliations and cost recharges
Own and reconcile coach expenses and verify cost true-ups
Prepare global intercompany cross-charge reports
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close
Produce monthly trend analyses and explain variances to leadership
Key requirements
5+ years of multinational, multi-entity corporate accounting experience
Proficiency in JD Edwards (Oracle) and Salesforce preferred
Experience across multiple ERP systems with ownership of COA mapping
Strong understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15 (revenue recognition, amortization, and journal entries)
Solid intercompany accounting knowledge including cross-charges, profit elimination, and transfer pricing
