Responsibilities

• Provide advisory regulatory guidance across food, consumer protection, digital and e-commerce compliance, and advertising standards
• assist with regulatory investigations when required
• develop specialization in labeling requirements and product regulation
• advise clients across food & beverages, education, and technology sectors
• support business development and grow a personal regulatory practice
• collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, national firm

Key requirements

• minimum 4+ years PQE in regulatory law
• strong regulatory law technical expertise
• experience in large regional, national, or international firms preferred
