Responsibilities
Manage a varied portfolio of clients and serve as a primary point of contact
Lead, coach and develop team members
Oversee and review audit and accounts assignments
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm
Identify opportunities to grow existing and new client relationships
Maintain high technical and client service standards
Key requirements
ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
Experience in an accountancy practice environment
Comfortable managing both clients and people
Confident building relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders
Commercially minded and interested in the firm's development
