You will drive a seamless onboarding experience for Re-Leased’s largest clients, ensuring they realize the platform’s value. You will bridge customers and internal teams, tailoring setups to their business needs and guiding them through onboarding to long-term success. The role blends training, project management, and advisory work across Product, Support and Success teams. You’ll help shape how property professionals leverage cloud-based automation and AI insights to run better businesses. Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training to end users and executives, virtually or in-person
Manage onboarding projects from kickoff to handover
Understand customer businesses and tailor system setups for long-term success
Troubleshoot early challenges and act as a trusted advisor
Coordinate with Product, Support, and Success to keep onboarding on track
Translate customer needs into practical configurations
Collaborate with product experts to identify best-fit workflows and features
Redefine customer processes to align with product features
Key requirements
Experience in training, onboarding, implementation, or enablement roles (ideally SaaS)
Background in PropTech or commercial real estate operations
Experience working with large/enterprise customers
Experience managing customer-facing projects
Skilled at delivering product demos and guiding customers through solutions
Familiar with Salesforce, MS Teams, and project tracking platforms
Knowledge of accounting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct)
