In this role you join a Legal 500‑ranked firm in Liverpool as a junior Employment Solicitor. Responsibilities

• Handle tribunal claims including unfair dismissal and discrimination
• Advise employers on disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
• Assist with restructuring, redundancy and consultation exercises
• Draft contracts, policies and staff handbooks
• Lead settlement negotiations and draft settlement agreements
• Work on restrictive covenants and post‑termination disputes
• Develop client relationships and take ownership of matters as progression allows

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with an interest or background in employment law
