Co-Pack Operations Manager

Overview

As DC-UK Co-pack Operations Manager, you will lead and develop multi-shift co-pack and gifting operations within our Distribution Centre. You’ll drive safety, quality, service and cost targets by optimizing people, processes and productivity. You collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement and Quality to deliver a high-performing, scalable operation. The role offers impactful work in a renowned global skincare brand with a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operational teams and support functions
• Oversee co-pack activities across multiple shifts to meet production plans
• Drive productivity, quality, service and cost performance
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Ensure inventory accuracy and smooth production flow
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage labour, overtime, and agency spend with budgets
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and safety/compliance activities
• Support site security, contractor management and incident response

Key requirements

• 5+ years in Operations, Production, Warehouse or Supply Chain in FMCG/manufacturing/logistics
• Experience leading large multi-shift teams
• Strong knowledge of co-packing and supply chain operations
• Experience managing labour, budgets and performance
• Strong leadership, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Lean/continuous improvement experience
• IOSH Managing Safely essential; NEBOSH desirable
• COMAH, SAP and WMS experience advantageous
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly organised, results-focused and proactive
