Employment Associate- Charity/NFP Focus- City law firm

Overview

In this role you will provide both contentious and non-contentious employment advice for charity and not-for-profit clients within a City firm. You will handle cases spanning board-level disputes, TUPE, redundancies, whistleblowing, and disciplinary matters. The position offers exposure to advisory and contentious work with minimal transactional/corporate tasks, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Responsibilities

• Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for charity/not-for-profit clients

Key requirements

• 4-6 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Charity/not-for-profit or trade union experience
