Client Administrator

Overview

In this role you support Financial Planners to deliver a seamless client experience and contribute to Evelyn Partners’ client-centric mission. You work closely with planners, build relationships with clients, and coordinate with operations to enable smooth service delivery. You’ll prepare materials and maintain client records within policy, supporting ongoing professional development within a collaborative team. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to aligned Financial Planners
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular contact
• Coordinate with operational teams on activities (scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes)
• Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required
• Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies

Key requirements

• Proven experience in Financial Planning / Wealth Management
• Experience in a client support / financial planner support role
• Strong knowledge of financial products (ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, Bonds)
• Ambition to build a career in financial services with willingness to learn
• Strong client service ethic
