Group Reporting Manager

Overview

As Group Reporting Manager you will own the Group's month-end close, consolidation, and external/internal reporting processes within the Group Reporting team. You will coordinate with international stakeholders to ensure accurate financial position and timely statements, driving improvements in group reporting and controls. The role offers exposure to IFRS consolidation, multi-currency reporting, and interaction with auditors in a dynamic, regulated environment. You will help shape robust financial processes in a high-scale fintech setting.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and consolidation for the Group in the consolidation tool (HFM)
• Perform multi-currency consolidation including translation and elimination of foreign operations
• Review and approve outputs from the Group Reporting team ahead of year-end
• Manage interim and year-end reporting, including financial statements
• Maintain metadata in consolidation tools and chart of accounts as backup owner
• Lead internal stakeholder management across international teams on reporting matters
• Prepare monthly FMI pack with performance commentary
• Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and explain key drivers
• Drive continuous improvement of Group financial processes with Finance Systems and regional controllers
• Act as financial controller for intermediate holding companies (month-end close, statutory reporting, controls)
• Be primary contact for external auditors
• Support broader Group Reporting activities and evolving projects

Key requirements

• ACA/ACCA or local equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Strong post-qualification experience (~4+ years)
• Big 4 audit experience preferable
• Extensive multi-currency consolidation experience
• Proven track record of end-to-end Group month-end close and consolidation
• In-house Group consolidation and reporting experience under IFRS
• Experience with Group consolidation systems (HFM or similar like OneStream/Oracle FCCS)
• Strong international stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Comfort with changing regulatory and commercial environments
