Overview

In this role you install and support a wide range of well completion products in the field, working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful job outcomes. You operate as a single-person crew when needed, applying your technical know-how to solve on-site challenges while maintaining safety and quality standards. You collaborate with operations and third parties to coordinate activities and promote HES offerings. This position offers ongoing development through mentoring, training, and expanding your expertise across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of well completion products in a geographic area
• Consult with customers to promote products and ensure satisfaction
• Review job design and confirm equipment and processes meet job objectives
• Apply HMS/HSE processes and safety regulations on-site
• Solve unanticipated problems using technical knowledge and consult with base as needed
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Coordinate with third parties whose activities affect installation
• Train Service Operators and/or Service Specialists
• Complete on-site HSE activities, risk analyses, and safety meetings
• Document all site and post-job activities and participate in post-job reviews
• Recognize sales opportunities for additional HES products and services
• Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Develop knowledge to handle the most complex HES offerings and mentor others

Key requirements

• Experience with well completion tools installation and field operations
• Strong safety and HSE compliance mindset
• Ability to train and mentor colleagues

• Willingness to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on-site
