In this role you identify, evaluate and execute trading ideas across equities and derivatives, while managing risk and developing decision-support tools. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to learn new products and strategies, adapt to changing market conditions, and drive ideas from analysis to execution. Analyse market moves, positioning and catalysts to generate trading ideas
Execute trades and manage positions within risk limits
Monitor exposures, performance and evolving market conditions
Develop tools and research to improve trading decisions
Collaborate with the team to learn new products and strategies
Key requirements
Trading role with <5 years of experience
Backgrounds include single-stock volatility, delta one or dividend trading, index volatility, exotic derivatives, dispersion strategies, event-driven or special situations, index rebalancing
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Sound risk judgment and disciplined approach to trading
Curiosity about markets and willingness to learn beyond current specialization
