Distribution Operative - Nights

Overview

In this role you help ensure efficient night-time distribution of pipes and fittings, driving MHE and picking/packing to standard while upholding safety and process improvements. You’ll work within Chippenham’s distribution team, contributing to on-time dispatch and learning across operational areas. This is a purpose-led opportunity to support safe, sustainable infrastructure delivery and develop broader logistics skills on a global, purpose-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Drive MHE and pick/pack to required standards
• Load and unload transport safely
• Uphold Health & Safety policies and standards
• Contribute to Chippenham S&D improvement plans
• Meet minimum performance standards
• Training across other operational departments when needed
• Undertake distribution duties to dispatch pipes and fittings safely
