Overview

Senior Product Manager, Loyalty at Expedia Group shapes how loyalty value is communicated across the full member journey. You will define a value-led messaging hierarchy and unify a fragmented experience into a clear, relevant narrative. You’ll work across brands and lines of business to apply scalable messaging frameworks and partner with TEaL, XD, and Loyalty Tech to turn a complex program into simple, compelling customer stories. This role combines product, commercial strategy, and member experience to impact engagement and repeat bookings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end loyalty messaging strategy across the member journey (pre-trip to post-trip) with a clear value-led hierarchy
• Lead pre-booking and shopping messaging to surface the most relevant earn/discount/benefit messages
• Define and optimize post-booking/confirmation messaging to show earnings, benefits, and reasons to return
• Align messaging with BEX’s win the whole trip strategy across hotels, flights, packages, cars, and activities
• Partner with TEaL, XD, Loyalty Tech, and other product teams to translate complexity into simple narratives and scalable frameworks
• Use research, analytics, and experimentation to measure messaging comprehension, activation, and repeat booking impact; explore AI-driven systems that enhance outcomes

Key requirements

• 8+ years of product management in consumer-facing products with loyalty/value-centric experiences
• Proven track record owning end-to-end messaging strategy and cross-journey narratives
• Experience collaborating with commercial, design, and engineering stakeholders to scale messaging across touchpoints or lines of business
• Familiarity with experimentation/iterative testing to measure messaging effectiveness and optimize funnel messaging
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applying AI-enabled solutions to personalization, targeting, or testing of loyalty messaging
