Overview

In this role you will support healthcare valuation and advisory mandates, servicing regional and national clients from the Bristol office. You will work on loan security and acquisition valuations, collaborating with teams across London and Glasgow. You’ll deliver valuations and strategic advice, build client relationships, and take responsibility for instruction execution under guidance. The position offers exposure to a fast-paced market with a diverse client base and opportunities to develop your career in a growing specialist sector. You will contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team and grow your professional profile.

Responsibilities

• Conduct existing valuation mandates and assist in business development
• Work on loan security and acquisition valuations alongside regular mandates
• Prepare valuations and strategic advice for a diverse client base
• Lead day-to-day execution of instructions under supervision
• Develop marketplace profile through client relationship building
• Prepare valuation reports in various formats
• Inspect assets across the UK

Key requirements

• RICS Registered Valuer
• Knowledge of the healthcare market is advantageous but not essential
• Strong team fit: friendly, sociable, dedicated and hardworking
• Proficient IT: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise (training provided)
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client and colleague relations
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
