Planning Lead - Construction

Responsibilities

• Develop work breakdown structures and robust performance baselines
• Establish progress and cost monitoring methods
• Produce project control reports and provide performance analysis and recommendations
• Support planning and cost engineers in day-to-day project controls activities
• Act as a key contact point with the client on project controls matters

Key requirements

• Earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, baseline management, reporting
• Proficiency in P6/Primavera; Microsoft Excel; reporting databases
• Familiarity with Oracle and SAP; web-based project control tools
• Graduate in a relevant discipline with some project control experience
• Security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain clearance
